You can delete your account directly in the app without contacting support. It takes seconds and is permanent.
Option 1: From the app — no need to contact support RECOMMENDED · INSTANT
Steps (no email needed):
Open FitModo — Coach Fuerza IA and sign in
Go to Settings (Profile tab → settings icon)
Tap Delete account
Confirm after the 5-second safety countdown
Result: your profile, workouts, weight, programs and auth account are deleted instantly on device and server. No email required.
Option 2: Alternative if you cannot access the app
Only if you cannot open the app (forgot password, lost access or uninstalled), email privacy@fitmodo.app with subject “Delete account — app.fitmodo.gym” from your account email. We process it within 30 days.
What data is deleted?
User profile (name, email, photo, phone, date of birth, gender)
Workout logs (workout_logs, workout_session_logs)
Weight logs (weight_logs)
Active programs (activePrograms)
Achievements and badges (member_achievements)
Device local storage (Hive)
Authentication account (Firebase Auth)
Important: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Cancel active subscriptions in Google Play before deleting.
Timeline
In-app: instant. By email: max 30 days.
Data not automatically deleted
Google Play / App Store may retain billing receipts by legal requirement. No personal app data.
